How can I encourage a friend to rap?

she is smart, my business partner, and friend, she is super talented,
a great writer, and she is truly a beautiful person on the inside and
on the outside...which you usually don't get. Anyway, she can rap, she
is even able to come up with raps on the spot, but she is saying she
doesn't want to be famous... I think she is good, and told her to make
this video, and see what others who listen to hip hop think.. I tell
her I am not just saying this because of our friendship, I really
